Calls
All non-emergency service will be performed during regular working hours (Monday
- Friday 8am to 5pm) on parts and labor listed below at NO CHARGE to you. "No
Heat" service in the winter will be provided until 10pm. Any other service rendered
outside of our regular hours will be billed with a 20% discount off our overtime rate.

Special Allowances
- Computerized Control Board ($50 parts allowance if installed by Besche
Oil.)
Replacement parts not listed above will be charged at our prevailing
rates.
Labor on non-covered calls for equipment covered by this plan will
receive a 20% discount.
- Each additional Heat Pump at same location - add
$140
- With any oil-fired unit - add $140
- With electric water heater - add $70
- Humidifier - add $30
