Inspection
Performed ONLY once during the current 12 month period covered by the plan.
Additional inspections will be billed at prevailing rates.
Service Calls
All service will be performed during regular working hours (Monday - Friday 8am
to 5pm) on parts and labor listed below at NO CHARGE to you. Service rendered outside of
our regular hours will be billed with a 20% discount off our overtime rate.

allowance if installed by Besche)

- Fan Center
- Contactor (up to 50 amp)
- Starting Capacitor
- Running Capacitor
- Thermostat ($50 part
allowance if installed by Besche)
- Refrigerant
- Drive Pulleys
- Time Delay Relay
- Cartridge Fuse
- Replacement parts not listed above will be charged at our
prevailing rates.
